Position and tack weld all tapped blocks that are located by dimension shown on illustration.

Clip tube assemblies to position blocks.
Position tubes approximately as shown, check clearance and tack weld all remaining tapped blocks as shown.

Remove tube assemblies and complete welding.

Cut out as shown both sides.
F
Install using existing bolts and nuts.
