SAFETY
Hot hydraulic oil can cause personal
injury. Remove the hydraulic tank fill cap
slowly to relieve the tank pressure. Allow
the oil to cool before draining the tank.
Use a self-locking inflation chuck, and stand
behind the tread when inflating tires.
When starting with a boost, make sure all
battery vent caps are firmly in place. Attach
the ground cable last, and remove it first,
to prevent sparks from occurring near the
battery, which could explode battery
vapors.
If machine is equipped with slave
receptacle, connect slave cable to
booster source and then to
vehicle slave receptacle.
Attach the ground cable from the booster
source to the starter ground terminal or the
disconnect switch terminal on the machine
to be started.
This machine has a 24 Volt starting
system. Use only the same voltage (24 Volt)
for boost starting. The use of a welder or
higher voltage will damage the electrical
system.
