Disconnect wiring harness (1) from fan motor (9).
9.
Remove four grommets (10) from machine.
10.
Remove and discard 13 tiedown straps (11) from
machine.
11.
Remove wiring harness (1) from machine.

INSTALLATION
1.
Position wiring harness (1) on machine.
2.
Install four grommets (10) on machine.
3.
Connect wiring harness (1) to fan motor (9).
4.
Install 13 new tiedown straps (11) on machine.
5.
Connect wiring harness (1) to backup alarm (7).
6.
Connect wiring harness (1) to fuel sender unit (6).
7.
Connect wiring harness (1) to hydraulic oil filter sensor (5).
8.
Connect wiring harness (1) to air conditioner (4).
9.
Connect wiring harness (1) to arctic heater fuel pump (3), if equipped.
10.
Connect wiring harness (1) to cab wiring harness (2).
11.
Install 17 new tiedown straps (8) on machine.
12.
Install fan guard (WP 0168 00).
13.
Install brakelight, taillight, and housing (WP 0058 00).
14.
Connect battery cables (WP 0079 00).
15.
Start engine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
16.
Verify correct operation of machine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
17.
Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
