7. Position positive cable boot (Figure 7, Item 1) aside.
8. Remove nut (Figure 7, Item 3), washer (Figure 7, Item 4), and positive battery cable (Figure 7, Item 2) from
secondary steering solenoid (Figure 7, Item 5).
9. Remove nut (Figure 7, Item 13), washer (Figure 7, Item 14), bolt (Figure 7, Item 12), washer
(Figure 7, Item 11), and P-clamp (Figure 7, Item 15) from positive battery cable (Figure 7, Item 2).
10. Position positive cable boot (Figure 7, Item 7) aside.
NOTE
Note position and routing of cables on starter to aid installation.
11. Remove nut (Figure 7, Item 9), washer (Figure 7, Item 8), positive battery cable (Figure 7, Item 2), and two
positive cables (Figure 7, Item 10) from starter (Figure 7, Item 6).
NOTE
Note cable routing to aid installation.
12. Remove positive battery cable (Figure 7, Item 2) from machine.
