Test Step 1. Verify Operation of
Function Correctly
Driving Lights.
1. Turn ignition switch to the on posi-
tion (TM 5-2420-231-10).
2. Turn light control switch lever
(Figure 1, Item 4) to SER. DRIVE
position (Figure 1, Item 3) (TM 5-
2420-231-10).
3. Push driving lamp lever (Figure 1,
Item 2) forward (TM 5-2420-231-
10) to turn driving lights on.
4. Observe driving lights (Figure 1,
Right Driving Light On/Left Driving
Item 1) (TM 5-2420-231-10).
Light Off - Proceed to Test Step 2.
Left Driving Light On/Right Driving
Light Off - Proceed to Test Step 3.
Both Driving Lights Off - Proceed to
Test Step 4.
Both Driving Lights On - Proceed to
Test Step 16.
