1. Turn ignition switch to the on posi-
tion (TM 5-2420-231-10).
2. Turn light control switch lever (Fig-
ure 1, Item 4) to the SER. DRIVE
position (Figure 1, Item 3) (TM 5-
2420-231-10).
3. Push turn signal lever (Figure 1,
Item 2) up to turn on left turn sig-
nals (Figure 1, Item 5) (TM 5-2420-
231-10).
4. Observe front and rear left turn sig- Both Front and Rear Left Turn
nal (Figure 1, Item 5) lights (TM 5- Signals Flash - Proceed to step 5.

Front Left Turn Signal Does Not
Flash - Proceed to Test Step 2.
Rear Left Turn Signal Does Not Flash
- Proceed to Test Step 4.
Both Front and Rear Left Turn
