4. Disconnect chassis options wiring
harness connector (WP 0007, Fig-
ure 141) from front windshield
washer pump.
5. Install new wipers fuse (Figure 6,
Item 1) (TM 5-2420-231-10).
6. Connect batteries (WP 0157) and
turn ignition switch to the on posi-
tion (TM 5-2420-231-10).
7. Press and hold front windshield
washer switch (TM 5-2420-231-
10) for at least 30 seconds, then
release front windshield washer
switch.
8. Turn ignition switch to the off posi-
tion (TM 5-2420-231-10) and dis-
connect batteries (WP 0157).
9. Remove wipers fuse (TM 5-2420-
231-10).
