1. Turn ignition switch to the off posi-
tion (TM 5-2420-231-10) and dis-
connect batteries (WP 0157).
2. Remove screw (Figure 5, Item 5),
from rear instrument bezel (Figure
5, Item 2).
3. Pull rear instrument bezel (Figure
5, Item 2) from rear instrument
panel right-side cover (Figure 5,
Item 1) (WP 0176).
4. Disconnect side console wiring
harness connector (Figure 5, Item
6) from rear window wiper switch
(Figure 5, Item 3).
5. Disconnect side options wiring har-
ness connector (Figure 5, Item 7)
from rear window washer switch
(Figure 5, Item 4).
