Continuity.
1. Remove two screws (Figure 5, Item
5) from bezel (Figure 5, Item 2).
2.
Pull bezel (Figure 5, Item 2) away
from side console (Figure 5, Item 1).
3. Disconnect side console wiring
harness connector (Figure 5, Item
4) (WP 0007, Figure 198) from
4WD switch (Figure 5, Item 3) (WP
0007, Figure 199).
NOTE
Ensure that the 4WD switch is in the off position (TM 5-2420-231-10).
4. Using digital multimeter, test for

continuity between 4WD switch

Replace 4WD switch (WP 0172).
Install 4WD fuse (TM 5-2420-231-10).
Proceed to Test Step 22.
No Continuity - Proceed to step 5.
