CAUTION
Ensure the engine and transmission assemblies are fully mated prior to installing
transmission bolts. Failure to follow this caution may cause severe engine and/or
transmission damage.
NOTE
Use suitable lifting device to slightly adjust height/angle of transmission to aid with engine/
transmission mating.
5. Install 10 washers (Figure 23, Item 5) and bolts (Figure 23, Item 6) on transmission (Figure 23, Item 1).
6. Install two hose clamps (Figure 23, Item 4), washers (Figure 23, Item 3), and bolts (Figure 23, Item 2) on trans-
mission (Figure 23, Item 1).
