COOLANT RESERVOIR REMOVAL

WARNING
Wear eye, hand, and skin protection when working with coolant.
Coolant is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills.
Failure to follow these warnings may result in injury or death to personnel.
1. Remove coolant reservoir cap (Figure 1, Item 6) from coolant reservoir (Figure 1, Item 7).
2. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 9), eight washers (Figure 1, Item 10), four locknuts (Figure 1, Item 11), and
upper coolant reservoir mount (Figure 1, Item 8) from machine. Discard locknuts.
3. Loosen clamp (Figure 1, Item 5) and disconnect coolant recovery hose (Figure 1, Item 4) from coolant reser-
voir (Figure 1, Item 7).
4. Loosen clamp (Figure 1, Item 3) and upper coolant suction hose (Figure 1, Item 2) from coolant reservoir
(Figure 1, Item 7).
5. Remove coolant reservoir (Figure 1, Item 7) from radiator (Figure 1, Item 1).
