REMOVAL CONTINUED
10. Disconnect quick-coupler (LS) hose (Figure 4, Item 4) from hydraulic oil pump (Figure 4, Item 6).
11. Disconnect steering (LS) hose (Figure 4, Item 5) from hydraulic oil pump (Figure 4, Item 6).
12. Remove two bolts (Figure 4, Item 1), O-ring (Figure 4, Item 3), and flange (Figure 4, Item 2) from hydraulic oil
pump (Figure 4, Item 6). Discard O-ring.
13. Attach sling to hydraulic oil pump (Figure 4, Item 6).
14. Remove two bolts (Figure 4, Item 7) from hydraulic oil pump (Figure 4, Item 6).
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device.
Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Hydraulic oil pump weighs 90 lb (41 kg).
15. With assistance, remove hydraulic oil pump from machine and lower onto a flat surface.
16. Remove sling from hydraulic oil pump.
