2. Disconnect the B/W wire from the terminal of the test switch. Check for
continuity across terminals of the test switch. Use an 8S4627 Circuit Tester and
hold the switch in the TEST position.
Continuity
No Continuity
Go to Step 3.
Replace the test switch.
3. Check for continuity from the wire still connected to the Test switch to
machine ground.
Continuity
No Continuity
Repair or replace the harness.
Repair or replace the harness or connect a wire from
the terminal of the test switch to machine ground.
PROBLEM C: ALL Indicators Are ON; Master Fault Light is OFF.
Possible Causes: a. The light bulb is bad.
b. The harness to the master fault light is bad.
c. The operator panel is bad.
TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Remove the red lens and the master fault light bulb. With a 5P7277 Voltage
Tester, check the master fault light receptacle for voltage (All switches still in
TEST I position).
