PROBLEM A: ALL Indicators ON.
E L E C T R I C A L T R O U B L E S H O O T I NG
Possible Causes: a. Test switch is bad.
b. Wire, in the harness, that goes to the test switch is
grounded.
c. Wire, in the harness, that goes to the test switch is shorted
to another wire that is at ground potential.
d. Operator panel is bad.
1. Disconnect the harness plug from the operator panel. Check for continuity
between Sockets 2 and 15 in the harness plug. Use an 8S4627 Circuit Tester.
Continuity
No Continuity
Go to Step 2.
Replace the operator panel.
2. Turn the Power Key Switch OFF. Remove the B/W wire and the B wire from
the test switch. Use an 8S4627 Circuit Tester. Check for continuity across the
connections on the switch where the wires were removed. Make sure the test
switch is in the OFF position.
Continuity
No Continuity
Replace the test switch.
Repair or replace the harness. (The wire to the test
switch is grounded.)
