AIR INTAKE HOSES AND LINES REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Loosen two hose clamps (1) and disconnect hose (2)
from air cleaner (3) and hood (4).
2.
Disconnect rubber tubing (5) from fitting (6).
3.
Remove fitting (6) from hose (7).

4.
Loosen two hose clamps (8) and disconnect hose (7) from air cleaner (3) and turbocharger (9).
5.
Remove two hose clamps (8) from hose (7).
6.
Loosen two hose clamps (10) and disconnect hose (11) from turbocharger (9) and tube (12).
7.
Remove two hose clamps (10) from hose (11).
8.
Loosen two hose clamps (13) and disconnect tube (12) from hose (14).
9.
Remove tube (12) from machine.
10.
Disconnect hose (14) from aftercooler (15).
11.
Remove two hose clamps (13) from hose (14).
12.
Remove grommet (16) from machine.
13.
Remove three bolts (17), washers (18), and left rubber cover (19) from machine.
