SERVICE LIGHTS AND FRONT TURNLAMP REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

BRACKET ASSEMBLY AND WIRING HARNESS REMOVAL

1.
Remove service light housing assembly. Refer to Ser-
vice Light Housing Assembly Removal in this work
package.
2.
Remove blackout drive light (WP 0059 00).

3.
Disconnect wiring harness from horn (WP 0075 00).
4.
Cut and discard three tiedown straps (22).
5.
Remove four bolts (23), washers (24), and bracket assembly (21) from machine.
6.
Disconnect wiring harness (25).
7.
Remove wiring harness (25) from bracket assembly (21).
BRACKET ASSEMBLY AND WIRING HARNESS INSTALLATION
1.
Feed wiring harness (25) through bracket assembly (21).
2.
Position bracket assembly (21) on machine.
3.
Install four washers (24), bolts (23), and bracket (21) on machine.
4.
Connect wiring harness (25).
5.
Install three new tiedown straps (22).
6.
Install service light housing assembly. Refer to Service Light Housing Assembly Installation in this work package.
7.
Install blackout drive light (WP 0059 00).
8.
Connect wiring harness to horn (WP 0075 00).
9.
Verify correct operation of service light and turnlamp operation (TM 5-3805-290-10).
