N OT E
Check transmission oil level by using dipstick if sight gage is blocked. You may need to take more than one
reading in order to achieve a consistent reading on dipstick. Oil level needs to be maintained in crosshatched
area of dipstick. Transmission filler cap is also dipstick.
Maintain transmission oil level between
"LOW" mark and "HIGH" mark on sight
gage (2) when transmission is warm and
engine is running. Maintain transmission oil
level to top of sight gage when transmission
is cool and engine is not running.
