Install three new O-rings (24) on T (23).
19.
Install T (23) on rear axle (21).
20.
Position hose (20) on machine and connect hose to T (23).
21.
Install three new O-rings (22) on T (19).
22.
Install T (19) on rear axle (21).
23.
Connect hose (20) to T (19).
24.
Position hose (14) on machine and connect hose to T (19).
25.
Install new tiedown strap (18) on hose (14).
26.
Connect hose (14) to service brake control valve (WP 0093 00).
27.
Position hoses (12 and 13) on machine and connect to service brake control valve (WP 0093 00).
28.
Connect hoses (12 and 13) to brake accumulators (WP 0096 00).
29.
Install two clips (17) on hoses (12 and 13).
30.
Install two washers (16) and bolts (15) on machine.
N OT E
Middle tiedown strap retains only hoses 13 and 14.
31.
Install three new tiedown straps (11) on hoses (12, 13, and 14).
32.
Install two new O-rings (10) on elbow (9).
33.
Install elbow (9) on brake/hydraulic fan pump (7).
34.
Position hose (5) on machine and connect hose to elbow (9).
35.
Connect hose (5) to brake accumulator (WP 0096 00).
36.
Install two new O-rings (8) on elbow (6).
37.
Connect elbow (6) to brake/hydraulic fan pump (7).
38.
Position hose (4) on machine and connect hose to elbow (6).
39.
Connect hose (4) to brake accumulator (WP 0096 00).
40.
Install clamp (3) on hoses (4 and 5).
41.
Install washer (2) and bolt (1) on machine.
