Lubricate hood assembly (15) and hose (14) with soapy water.

Connect hose (14) to hood assembly (15) and tighten clamp (13).

Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during pro-
cedure. Ensure any lifting equipment used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of
heavy parts supported only by lifting equipment. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or
death to personnel.
N OT E
Door assembly weighs 70 lb (32 kg).
10.
With assistance, position door assembly (4) on
machine.
11.
Install two washers (11) and hinge bolts (7) in two
hinge assemblies (12).
12.
Install strut assembly (10), three washers (9), and two
nuts (8) on door assembly (4) and machine.
13.
Install two washers (6) and nuts (5) on two hinge bolts
(7).
14.
Repeat steps 10 thru 13 for door assembly on opposite
side of machine.
