TOOLBOX AND BII TOOLBOX BRACKET REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

BII TOOLBOX BRACKET REMOVAL

1.
Remove BII toolbox from bracket (TM 5-3805-290-
10).
2.
Remove two nuts (7) and washers (8) from bracket
(9).
3.
Remove two bolts (10) and washers (11) from bracket
(9).

4.
Pull bottom of bracket (9) outward and downward to
release top from under back panel lip (12).
5.
Remove bracket (9) from machine.

BII TOOLBOX BRACKET INSTALLATION
1.
Place top of bracket (9) under back panel lip (12).
2.
Install two washers (11) and bolts (10) on bracket (9).
3.
Install two washers (8) and nuts (7) on bracket (9).
4.
Install BII toolbox on bracket (TM 5-3805-290-10).
REAR TOOLBOX INSTALLATION
1.
Install rod (6) and clip (5) on rear toolbox (2).
2.
Position rear toolbox (2) on machine.
3.
Install four washers (4) and bolts (3) on rear toolbox (2).
4.
Close cover (1) on rear toolbox (2).
