HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER AND COOLER HOSES, LINES,
AND FITTINGS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

C AU T I O N
Wipe area clean around all connections to be opened during removal. Cap lines and hoses and plug open-
ings after removing lines. Contamination of system could result in premature failure.
N OT E
Tag hoses prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid IAW local pol-
icy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
Arctic configuration is shown. Standard configuration is similar.
REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect hose (1) and remove fitting from hydraulic oil filter base (WP 0130 00).
2.
Disconnect hose (1) and remove fitting from hydraulic fan (WP 0187 00). Remove hose from machine.
3.
Disconnect hose (2) and remove fitting from hydraulic oil filter base (WP 0130 00). Remove all associated hose retain-
ing clips and tiedown straps.
4.
Disconnect hose (2) and remove fitting from hydraulic tank (WP 0140 00). Remove hose from machine.

Disconnect hose (3) and remove fitting from hydraulic
oil filter base (WP 0130 00).
