Loosen two hose clamps (6) and disconnect hoses (7)
from top of radiator assembly (5).
4.
Remove two bolts (8) and washers (9) from top of
radiator assembly (5).

5.
Install two link brackets, bolts (8), and lifting equipment on radiator assembly (5).
6.
Remove four nuts (10), washers (11), washers (12), and bolts (13) from bracket (14).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during
procedure. Ensure any lifting equipment used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep
clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting equipment. Failure to follow this warning may result in
injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Radiator weighs 90 lb (41 kg).
7.
With assistance, remove radiator assembly (5) from machine.
