COUPLER VALVE REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

Tag hoses prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid IAW local policy and
ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect five hoses (1) from coupler valve (2).
2.
Remove and discard five O-rings (3) from hoses (1).
3.
Remove two mounting bolts (4) and washers (5) from
coupler valve (2).
4.
Remove coupler valve (2) from machine.
5.
Remove five fittings (6) from coupler valve (2).
6.
Remove and discard five O-rings (7) from fittings (6).
7.
Remove quick coupler solenoid (8) from coupler
valve (2) and set aside for re-use.
