AIR CONDITIONING HOSES, VALVES, FLANGES, FITTINGS,

REMOVAL - CONTINUED

Remove four bolts (6), washers (7), two clips (8), spacers (9), and refrigerant accumulator (3) from machine. Discard
refrigerant accumulator.
3.
Disconnect hose (1) from AC compressor (10). Remove and discard O-ring (11) from hose and remove hose from
machine.
4.
Remove bolt (12), washer (13), and clip (14) from machine.
5.
Disconnect hose (2) from HVAC (15). Remove O-ring (16) from hose and discard. Remove hose from machine.
6.
Disconnect hose (17) from HVAC (15). Remove and discard O-ring (18).
7.
Remove bolt (19), washer (20), spacer (21), and clip (22) from machine.
8.
Cut and discard tiedown strap (23) from hoses (17 and 29).
9.
Remove two bolts (24), washers (25), and clips (26)
from machine.
10.
Disconnect hose (17) from condenser (28). Remove
and discard O-ring (27) from hose. Remove hose from
machine.
11.
Disconnect hose (29) from AC compressor (10).
Remove and discard O-ring (30) from hose.
12.
Remove grommet (31) from hose (29).
13.
Disconnect hose (29) from condenser (28). Remove
and discard O-ring (32) from hose. Remove hose from
machine.
