Remove three bolts (2), washers (3), and cover (4)
from cab.

Remove cover (5) from cab.

Remove two bolts (6) and washers (7) from rear of
case assembly (8).
5.
Remove bolt (9) and washer (10) from rear of case
assembly (8).
