HEATER CORE REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Loosen two clamps (1) and disconnect hose (3) from
heater core (5) and heater control valve (7).
2.
Loosen two clamps (2) and disconnect hose (4) from
heater core (5) and case assembly (6).
3.
Remove heater core (5) from case assembly (6).
4.
Loosen two clamps (8) and disconnect hose (9) from
heater control valve (7) and case assembly (6).

5.
Remove bolt (17), clip (16), and cable (18) from case
assembly (15).
6.
Remove clip (10) and cable (18) from handle (11).
7.
Remove clip (12) and handle (11) from heater control
valve (13).
8.
Remove four bolts (14) and heater control valve (13)
from case assembly (15).
9.
Remove and discard tiedown strap (21) from AC wir-
ing harness (19).
10.
Disconnect AC harness (19) from cab harness (20).
