5.
Connect AC harness (19) to cab harness (20).
6.
Install new tiedown strap (21) on AC wiring harness
(19).
7.
Install heater control valve (13) in case assembly (15)
with four bolts (14).
8.
Install handle (11) on heater control valve (13) with
clip (12).
9.
Install cable (18) on handle (11) with clip (10).
10.
Install cable (18) on case assembly (15) with clip (16)
and bolt (17).

11.
Connect hose (9) to case assembly (6) and heater con-
trol valve (7) and tighten two clamps (8).
12.
Position heater core (5) into case assembly (6).
13.
Connect hose (4) to case assembly (6) and heater core
(5).
14.
Connect hose (3) to heater control valve (7) and heater
core (5) and tighten two hose clamps (1).
15.
Install AC evaporator (WP 0196 00).
16.
Fill engine with coolant (WP 0042 00).
17.
Run engine until normal operating temperature is
reached (TM 5-3805-290-10).
18.
Verify correct operation of cab heater (TM 5-3805-
290-10).

19.
Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
20.
Check for leaks.
