Remove bolt (10), washer (11), and clamp (12) from
machine and position tube assembly (7) aside.

Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during
procedure. Ensure any lifting equipment used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep
clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting equipment. Failure to follow this warning may result in
injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Quick coupler weighs approximately 440 lb (200 kg).
5.
Use lifting equipment to support quick coupler (13).
6.
Remove retaining ring (14) from pin assembly (15).
7.
Remove pin assembly (15) from lever assembly (16).
8.
With assistance, separate quick coupler (13) from
lever assembly (16).
