1. Position seal (Figure 4, Item 4) on
machine, and install two spacers
(Figure 4, Item 3), washers
(Figure 4, Item 2), and bolts
(Figure 4, Item 1) on machine.

2. With an assistant, activate the
electric fuel priming pump switch
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
3. Inspect secondary fuel tube
Secondary Fuel Tube OK - Proceed to
(Figure 5, Item 1) between cylinder
step 4.
head (Figure 5, Item 2) and fuel
Secondary Fuel Tube Leaks - Tighten
injection pump (Figure 5, Item 3)
or replace secondary fuel tube
for Class I, II, or III leaks.
(WP 0202).
Proceed to Test Step 8.
4. Inspect secondary fuel tube
Secondary Fuel Tube OK - Proceed to
(Figure 5, Item 1) between cylinder
step 5.
head (Figure 5, Item 2) and fuel
Secondary Fuel Tube Pinched,

Damaged, or Has Sharp Bends -
