1. Replace primary fuel filter

2. Select Status icon (Figure 17,
Item 1) and select No Start
Parameters status group
(Figure 17, Item 3).
3. Start the engine (TM 5-3805-298-
10).
4. Monitor and record Fuel Rail
Fuel Rail Pressure OK - Proceed to
Pressure parameter (Figure 17,
step 5.
Item 2).
Fuel Rail Pressure Less Than 3,625
psi (25 MPa) - Turn ignition switch and
battery disconnect switch to the OFF
position (TM 5-3805-298-10).
Proceed to step 6.
Fuel Rail Pressure More Than 3,625
psi (25 MPa) - Replace fuel injection
pump (WP 0203).
Proceed to Test Step 8.
