1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Remove right lower cab access
panels (WP 0347).
3. Disconnect connector C-C8
(WP 0012, Figure 14) from
governor control pedal assembly.
4. Inspect connector C-C8 (WP 0012,

1. Turn battery disconnect switch and
ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Using digital multimeter
Voltage 7.6 to 8.4 V - Proceed to step 3.
(WP 0174), test for voltage
Voltage Less Than 7.6 V - Proceed to
between connector C-C8
Test Step 8.
