Test Step 2. Test for Faulty
Transmission Neutralizer Pressure
Sensor.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Disconnect connector C-C7
transmission neutralizer sensor.
3. Install a jumper wire between
terminal B and terminal C of
Figure 59).
4. Turn battery disconnect switch and
ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
5. Using MSD, check for active
Diagnostic Code 426-4 Transmission
Neutralizer Pressure Sensor Voltage
Is Below Normal Becomes Active -
Replace neutralizer pressure sensor
(WP 0327).
Proceed to Test Step 4.
Diagnostic Code 426-5 Transmission
Neutralizer Pressure Sensor Current
Is Below Normal Remains Active -
Proceed to Test Step 3.
