Test Step 7. Verify Malfunction Is
Resolved.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Ensure all hydraulic hoses are
connected.
3. Install right side lower cab access
panels (WP 0347).
4. Turn battery disconnect switch ON
and start engine
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
5. Raise the work tool above the
ground (TM 5-3805-298-10).
6. Turn transmission neutralizer
switch to ON (TM 5-3805-298-10).
7. Warm the transmission oil to
normal operating temperature of
approximately 165F to 185F
(75C to 85C).
8. Bring the hydraulic oil to operating
temperature of 140F (60C)
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
9. Apply service brake and release
parking brake
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
10. Turn the transmission control to
third speed forward
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
11. Increase engine to high speed idle
