WARNING
Diesel fuel is combustible and an irritant. Skin and eye protection is required. Ensure work
area is well ventilated.
Keep away from open flame and other ignition sources. Failure to follow this warning may
cause injury or death to personnel.
1. Install relief valve (Figure 1, Item 3) on fuel rail (Figure 1, Item 6).
NOTE
Install fitting and tube as noted during removal.
2. Install new O-ring (Figure 1, Item 7) and fitting (Figure 1, Item 8) on relief valve (Figure 1, Item 3).
3. Install tube (Figure 1, Item 1) and tube nut (Figure 1, Item 2) on fitting (Figure 1, Item 8).
4. Install bracket (Figure 1, Item 4) and two bolts (Figure 1, Item 5) on fuel rail (Figure 1, Item 6).

1. Install right engine access panels (WP 0348).
2. Verify correct operation of machine (TM 5-3805-298-10).
