COOLANT TANK REMOVAL

WARNING
Engine coolant is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this
warning may result in injury to personnel.
Wear effective eye, hand and skin protection when handling coolant.
NOTE
Note routing of hoses to aid installation.
Tag and mark hoses to aid installation.
Plug or cap hoses and open ports.
1. Loosen clamp (Figure 1, Item 1) and remove radiator overflow hose (Figure 1, Item 2) from coolant tank
(Figure 1, Item 5).
2. Remove clamp (Figure 1, Item 1) from radiator overflow hose (Figure 1, Item 2).
3. Loosen clamp (Figure 1, Item 3) and remove radiator inlet hose (Figure 1, Item 4) from coolant tank
(Figure 1, Item 5).
4. Remove clamp (Figure 1, Item 3) from radiator inlet hose (Figure 1, Item 4).
