WARNING
Engine coolant is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills.
Wear effective eye, hand and skin protection when handling coolant.
Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to personnel.
NOTE
This procedure installs one heater hose. Follow same steps for other heater hose.
Remove plugs or caps from hose and open ports.
Route hose as noted during removal.
Install hose and clips as noted during removal.
1. Position and route hose (Figure 3, Item 6) on machine.
2. Loosely install clamp (Figure 3, Item 2) on hose (Figure 3, Item 6).
3. Install hose (Figure 3, Item 6) on fitting (Figure 3, Item 1). Tighten clamp (Figure 3, Item 2).
4. Install four clips (Figure 3, Item 5), washers (Figure 3, Item 3), and bolts (Figure 3, Item 4) on hose (Figure 3,
Item 6).
