WARNING
Engine coolant is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills.
Wear effective eye, hand and skin protection when handling coolant.
Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to personnel.
NOTE
Tag and mark hose to aid installation.
Plug or cap hose ends and open ports.
Note orientation of hose connector to aid installation.
This procedure removes one heater hose. Follow same steps for other heater hose.
1. Loosen clamp (Figure 1, Item 1) and disconnect hose (Figure 1, Item 4) from hose connector (Figure 1,
Item 2).
2. Remove clamp (Figure 1, Item 1) from hose (Figure 1, Item 4).
3. Remove hose connector (Figure 1, Item 2) from housing (Figure 1, Item 3).
