NOTE
Install fittings as noted during removal.
Remove caps or plugs from hose ends and fittings.
1. Install two new O-rings (Figure 8, Item 9), elbow fittings (Figure 8, Item 10) and jam nuts (Figure 8, Item 11) on
pilot oil pressure reducing valve (Figure 8, Item 8).
2. install new O-ring (Figure 8, Item 7) and fitting (Figure 8, Item 6) on pilot oil pressure reducing valve
(Figure 8, Item 9).
3. Install two new O-ring s (Figure 8, Item 5) and test fittings (Figure 8, Item 4) on pilot oil pressure reducing valve
(Figure 8, Item 9).
4. Install new O-ring (Figure 8, Item 3), T-fitting (Figure 8, Item 2), and jam nut (Figure 8, Item 1) on pilot oil
pressure reducing valve (Figure 8, Item 8).
5. Install pilot oil pressure reducing valve (Figure 9, Item 3), washer (Figure 9, Item 2),and bolt (Figure 9, Item 1),
on machine.
6. Install clamp (Figure 9, Item 6), washer (Figure 9, Item 4) and nut (Figure 9, Item 5) on hose
(Figure 9, Item 7) and bolt (Figure 9, Item 1).
