Test Step 5. Verify That Symptom Is
Resolved.
1. Ensure that all wiring harness con-
nectors are reconnected.
2. Connect batteries (WP 0157) and
turn ignition switch to the on posi-
tion (TM 5-2420-231-10).
3. Start and operate engine (TM 5-
2420-231-10) for approximately 10
minutes.
4. Observe rear axle oil temperature Rear Axle Oil Temperature Warning
warning lamp (TM 5-2420-231-10). Lamp On (Red) - Repeat
troubleshooting from the beginning.

Lamp Off - Troubleshooting complete.
