WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Engine weighs 1,084 lb (492 kg).
With assistance, use lifting device to align holes of mounting brackets with holes in
engine.
1. Install resilient mount (Figure 3, Item 9) on engine mounting bracket (Figure 3, Item 6).
2. Install engine mounting bracket (Figure 3, Item 6), resilient mount (Figure 3, Item 9), two washers (Figure 3,
Item 5), and bolts (Figure 3, Item 4) on machine.
3. Install washer (Figure 3, Item 3), hose support (Figure 3, Item 12), washer (Figure 3, Item 2), and bolt
(Figure 3, Item 1) on engine mounting bracket (Figure 3, Item 6).
4. Using lifting device, lower front of engine.
5. Install two washers (Figure 3, Items 8 and 10), new locknut (Figure 3, Item 11), and bolt (Figure 3, Item 7) on
engine mounting bracket (Figure 3, Item 6).
