NOTE
Latch rod must be adjusted prior to interior panel installation.
23. Install door handle panel (Figure 17, Item 1), ten washers (Figure 17, Item 3), and bolts (Figure 17, Item 2) on
door (Figure 17, Item 8).
24. Install washer (Figure 17, Item 4) and new cotter pin (Figure 17, Item 5) on latch rod (Figure 17, Item 6).
NOTE
If latch rod is not positioned to the right side of door lever slot, perform step 26 to adjust
interior latch rod.
25. Latch rod (Figure 17, Item 6) should be positioned to the right side of door lever slot (Figure 17, Item 7).
