WARNING
Windshield washer fluid is combustible and an irritant. Skin and eye protection is required.
Ensure work area is well ventilated.
Windshield washer fluid is harmful if swallowed.
Keep away from open flame and other ignition sources.
Failure to follow these warnings may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Note routing of windshield washer hoses to aid in installation.
1. Remove windshield washer reservoir cap (Figure 1, Item 6) from windshield washer reservoir
(Figure 1, Item 10).
2. Disconnect windshield washer pump inlet hose (Figure 1, Item 9) from windshield washer reservoir (Figure 1,
Item 10) and drain windshield washer fluid into a suitable container.
3. Remove tiedown strap (Figure 1, Item 7) and windshield washer pump (Figure 1, Item 8) from windshield
washer reservoir (Figure 1, Item 10). Position washer pump aside. Discard tiedown strap.
4. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 5), washer (Figure 1, Item 4), two washers (Figure 1, Item 3), and locknut (Figure
1, Item 2) from windshield washer reservoir (Figure 1, Item 10) and engine coolant reservoir bracket (Figure 1,
Item 1). Discard locknut.
