INSTALLATION

1. Install windshield washer pump (Figure 2, Item 5) on windshield washer reservoir (Figure 2, Item 1) with new
tiedown strap (Figure 1, Item 4).
2. Connect windshield washer pump outlet hose (Figure 2, Item 7) to windshield washer pump (Figure 2, Item 5).
3. Connect windshield washer pump inlet hose (Figure 2, Item 6) to windshield washer pump (Figure 2, Item 5).
4. Connect wiring harness (Figure 2, Item 2) to windshield washer pump (Figure 2, Item 5).
WARNING
Windshield washer fluid is combustible and an irritant. Skin and eye protection is required.
Ensure work area is well ventilated.
Windshield washer fluid is harmful if swallowed.
Keep away from open flame and other ignition sources.
Failure to follow these warnings may result in injury or death to personnel.
5. Fill windshield washer reservoir with windshield washer fluid (TM 5-2420-231-10).
6. Install windshield washer reservoir cap (Figure 2, Item 3) on windshield washer reservoir (Figure 2, Item 1).

2. Disengage and stow safety support strut, and lower front end loader (TM 5-2420-231-10).
