REMOVAL CONTINUED
CAUTION
Plug and cap all hoses and fittings to prevent contamination. Failure to follow this caution
may result in damage to the machine.
NOTE
Tag and mark lines to aid in installation.
4. Remove duct tape (Figure 4, Item 3) from blower housing (Figure 4, Item 2) and heat exchanger (Figure 4,
Item 1). Discard duct tape.
5. Slide four heater clamps (Figure 4, Item 4) to center of two heater hoses (Figure 4, Item 5).
6. Disconnect two heater tubes (Figure 4, Item 6) from heater hoses (Figure 4, Item 5).
7. Disconnect two heater hoses (Figure 4, Item 5) from heat exchanger (Figure 4, Item 1).
8. Remove heat exchanger (Figure 4, Item 1) from blower housing (Figure 4, Item 2).
