NOTE
Remove plugs and caps from lines and fittings.
Install lines as tagged and marked during removal.
Install new tiedown straps as noted during removal.
1. Install heater hose (Figure 3, Item 6) on machine.
2. Slide clamp (Figure 3, Item 7) into position on heater hose (Figure 3, Item 6).
3. Connect heater control valve (Figure 3, Item 4) to heater hose (Figure 3, Item 6).
4. Slide clamp (Figure 3, Item 5) into position on heater hose (Figure 3, Item 6).
5. Connect heater hose (Figure 3, Item 2) to heater control valve (Figure 3, Item 4).
6. Slide hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 3) into position on heater hose (Figure 3, Item 2).
7. Install heater hose (Figure 3, Item 1) on machine.
8. Slide hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 8) into position on heater hose (Figure 3, Item 1).
9. Connect two heater tubes (Figure 4, Item 1) to heater hoses (Figure 4, Item 2).
10. Slide two hose clamps (Figure 4, Item 3) into position on heater hoses (Figure 4, Item 2).
