Clean and inspect all parts IAW Mechanical General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0369).

WARNING
Refrigerant oil is slippery. Wipe up any spills immediately. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury to personnel.
NOTE
A/C O-rings are lubricated with refrigerant oil prior to assembly.
Install A/C lines as noted during disassembly.
Install receiver/dryer with flow direction noted during disassembly.
1. Add 0.70.8 oz (2025 cc) of refrigerant oil from a sealed container to receiver/dryer (Figure 2, Item 2).
2. Install two clamps (Figure 2, Item 4) and receiver/dryer (Figure 2, Item 2) on two holding brackets
(Figure 2, Item 5).
3. Lubricate new O-rings (Figure 2, Items 1 and 3) with refrigerant oil from a sealed container and install O-rings
on receiver/dryer (Figure 2, Item 2).
4. Connect output A/C hose (Figure 3, Item 3) to fitting (Figure 3, Item 4).
5. Connect input A/C hose (Figure 3, Item 1) to fitting (Figure 3, Item 2).
