OPERATOR’S STATION
INDIVIDUAL CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
Power To Operator Panel
Current is sent to the operator panel when the main power relay is activated.
It is sent from the 60 amp main circuit breaker, through the main power relay,
and through the 10 amp operator panel fuse to Pin 1 of the operator panel. Pin 2
of the operator panel is connected to machine ground.
Power To Operator Panel Circuit
Test Circuit For Operator Panel, Master Fault Light And Fault Alarm
The test circuit is activated by a momentary contact Single Pole, Single
Throw (SPST) Toggle Switch. When the switch is closed, contacts 1 and 2 of
the test switch make a ground for Pin 15 for the operator panel. When Pin 15 of
the operator panel is at ground potential, all of the operator panel indicators are
ON. The operator panel sends current through Pin 11 to turn ON the master
fault light. If the fuel pressure switch makes an open circuit (engine running) to
Pin 13 of the operator panel, current is sent through Pin 10 to activate the fault
alarm.
