a. If pressure gage indicates 20 to 30 psi, troubleshooting is com-
pleted; problem was in fuel element or fuel bowl. Loosen clamps
a n d d i s c o n n e c t h o s e f r o m b a r b f i t t i n g s i n s t a l l e d i n f i l t e r h e a d
and fuel injection pump feed prep. Disconnect transducer cable
W4 from pressure transducer and remove pressure transducer from
tee. Remove barb hose connectors and tee installed in filter
head and fuel injection pump feed pump. Reinstall-elbows in
filter head and fuel injection pump feed pump. Using compressed
air, clear any blockage from tube.
Reconnect tube fittings to
elbows and tighten securely.
