Position and support wheel spindle (39) on end of axle housing.
Install 21 capscrews (38), washers (37), and nuts (36). Tighten nuts
securely.
Position caliper adapter (35) on wheel spindle (39) and secure using sev-
en capscrews (34), washers (33), and nuts (32). Tighten nuts securely.
Apply gear oil to front axle wheel spindle (39).
Pack area between oil seal (23) lips with grease.

chain hoist equipped with nylon straps to wheel hub (31).
wheel hub (31) and brake disk (26) on front axle wheel spindle.
ring gear hub (10).
wheel bearing nut (9) using wheel bearing nut tool.
(10) Disconnect chain hoist from wheel hub (31).
(11) Rotate wheel hub (31) clockwise and counterclockwise to ensure that cones
and rollers (21 and 22) are fully seated. Tighten wheel bearing nut (9)
using wheel bearing nut tool to 400 lb-ft while rotating wheel hub. Then
loosen nut (9) 1/4 turn.
