(1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) (8) (9) (10) (11) (12) (13) (14) (15) Install Install valve sleeve (20) in new backup ring (19) grooves. O-ring is installed seat. valve seat (17) if removed. and new O-ring (18) in valve seat (17) in groove next to smaller diameter of valve Put valve seat (17) in control valve body. Install new O-ring (16) on plug (15). Lubricate O-ring (16) using clean lubricating oil then install and tight- en plug (15). Install poppet (14), spring (13), and plunger seat (12) in control valve body. Install relief plunger (11) and spring (10) in valve cap (1). Put valve cap (1) in a vise. If removed, put nut (8) on setscrew (7) then put washer (9) on setscrew. Turn setscrew into valve cap (1) the same number of turns recorded during disassembly. Using screwdriver, hold setscrew (7) stationary and tighten nut (8). Install Install Instal 1 cap (1). washer (6) on setscrew (7) and nut (8). and tighten acorn nut (5). new O-ring (4), new backup ring (3), and new O-ring (2) on valve Install and tighten valve cap (1). Install control valve assembly (page 3-654) and adjust main relief valve pressure setting (page 3-617). 3-692
